Greater Derry Community Health Services, Inc. (CHS): A community partnership of physicians and health & human service professionals who have joined together to create a primary health care and prevention program for low income, uninsured residents. Services include assignment to a primary care physician. Specialty referrals, diagnostic tests, medications, hospital based services, community information and referral services, as well as access to multiple community support and education opportunities.

Lamprey Health Care: Operates a community oriented primary care model, providing high quality care to individuals of all ages, regardless or ability to pay. A wide range of services and programs are offered, including primary medical care and OB/GYN in all three centers. They provide services to patients in conjunction with the affiliated hospitals: Exeter Hospital & Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.
