Center for Life Management (CLM): The mission of the Center for Life Management is to promote the mental health and emotional well-being of the individuals, families and organization within their community.  Their services include child, adolescent and family services, adult community support services, adult counseling, senior counseling, medical and emergency services.

Greater Derry Community Health Services, Inc. (CHS): A community partnership of physicians and health & human service professionals who have joined together to create a primary health care and prevention program for low income, uninsured residents.  Services include assignment to a primary care physician. Specialty referrals, diagnostic tests, medications, hospital based services, community information and referral services, as well as access to multiple community support and education opportunities.

Lamprey Health Care: Operates a community oriented primary care model, providing high quality care to individuals of all ages, regardless or ability to pay.  A wide range of services and programs are offered, including primary medical care and OB/GYN in all three centers.  They provide services to patients in conjunction with the affiliated hospitals: Exeter Hospital & Southern New Hampshire Medical Center.  Additional services include substance abuse counseling, health education, transportation, early literacy and chronic disease case management.
