PART-TIME SCHOOL CROSSING GUARD
The Town of Plaistow, NH seeks applicants who are at least 21 years old, possess a High School Degree or equivalent, valid driver’s license, and has U.S. Citizenship.
Position is for a second part-time Crossing Guard at Timberlane Regional High School for ten hours per week/two hours per day during the Timberlane Regional School District’s calendar year. Job entails supervising and assisting students crossing the roads one hour before and one hour after school. Must be able to understand and follow instructions. Must be able to observe and control traffic and assist students crossing the roads in a safe manner. Job requires standing for a maximum of two hours per day in varying weather conditions including extreme cold, heat, wind, or precipitation and carry and raise a crossing sign.
Required to complete an extensive background investigation and medical examination.
Starting hourly rate is $12.78.
