You can pick up a resident, non-resident, or renewal pistol permit application form at the Police Department or download the form by selecting one of the applications listed below.

All Plaistow residents should include their telephone number at the top of the application before submission to the Police Department. The application fee is $10.00 for a new license as well as a renewal and is valid for five (5) years.
