Pumpkin Lighting

On Saturday night, October 29th from 5:00 – 7:30 PM, Plaistow Recreation will be partnering once again with the Pollard School PTA, the Plaistow Public Library and YMCA for the 11th Annual Pumpkin Lighting. Please bring your carved out pumpkin to the PARC at 51 Old County Road between 4:30 and 6:15 PM. Pumpkins will be placed on the field for viewing. At approximately 7:30 pm the pumpkins will be lit for everyone’s enjoyment. There will be a DJ, games for the children, face painting, along with a Pokemon Go Activity. Refreshments will be available for all. Prizes will be awarded for the Scariest, Most Decorative, and Most Creative carved pumpkins. Come and make this event a huge success. Let’s try and break the pumpkin record of 217 pumpkins! Thank you, to all of our volunteers who make this event possible.
