In 2010, Tony DiBartolomeo and John Mainella formed the Timberlane Community Jazz band with sixteen musicians. The group is now known as the Volare jazz band. With the addition, in 2012, of director Nick Mainella, this group of versatile jazz musicians has grown into a mature ensemble. Volare plays a varied repertoire of big band tunes from yesterday and today.
