Tom Towler Band A gritty, country leaning roots rock band, The Tom Towler Band is best when they’re in front of a live audience. From start to finish their shows are a little journey into the American psyche. They play a good blend of original music peppered with covers by the likes of Robert Earl Keen, Jason Isbell, and the Turnpike Troubadours to name a few. The band is fronted by singer and guitarist Tom Towler, and includes drummer and vocalist Jim Jesionowski, guitarist Steve LeBlanc, and bassist Jim Sambataro.
Their sound is very professional while also coming across as earthy and relatable. If you like folk, rock, country rock, blues, Beatles, 60's folk music, 70's singer-songwriters, you will LOVE Tom Towler's classic voice. They always connect with the audience both during songs and in between. Tom's vocals are smooth and grainy at the same time. He has versatility and range. The bands' appeal crosses many generations and is timeless. When covering other's, they manage to sound just like the original artist, while somehow adding their own flair. Their original songs are also a treat to hear, and Tom lets the audience know what the songs were written about so they feel a part of it.
