NH Homeowner Assistance Fund is Still Accepting Applications

On December 15, 2023 the NH Homeowner Assistance Fund entered our Application Wait List phase. At this time we are actively accepting applications and reviewing them on a first-come, first-served basis.  Average wait time from submission to application review is 10 days, and there is still approximately $3 million in available funds. When funding is exhausted the program will close for applications.

  • The Call Center is available for questions Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. at 833-833-3133.
